My Domain Name Collection

Hello. My name is Tim Leffelman. I used to consider myself to be a domain name speculator. That is, I used to buy cool-sounding domain names with the hope that someone would oneday want to buy or lease them from me. But, times have changed and reality has set in. I have realized that I will not likely get rich selling domain names. But, more importantly, I have also realized that I am really a domain name collector. I no longer buy domain names with the hope of selling them for money, but instead buy domain names because of the the thrill of the hunt or because I think I may have a genuine interest in doing something with that name in the future. I guess domain name collecting is similar to collecting baseball cards, with two important exception: baseball cards are rare, whereas domain names are truely one of a kind; and you never really own a domain name because you have to pay for it every year!

My current collection of Internet domain names is shown above. The list does change from time to time as I acquire new names or release names that are no longer of interest to me. Even though I buy domain names as a hobby, I am not opposed to selling them. The following domain names have been in my collection in days gone by. Basically, I have allocated a trivial amount of money per year for this domain collecting hobby, and I have dropped (D) some cool names to get new ones. I have even sold (S) a few. And, as each domain goes up for its yearly renewal, I am making an effort to search the USPTO online database for any potential trademark (T) infringements and dropping those as well (with the potential infringement shown in bold).

If you are looking for a cool sounding domain name, you might start by checking to see if the ones in the list below are currently available. Note, however, that domain names get "recycled" often, so don't be surprised if your favorite name has already been gobbled up by someone else.
